RRB NTPC Photo & Signature Resizer
Prepare every RRB NTPC upload on this one page — photograph (200 × 230 pixels, up to 100 KB, JPG), signature (140 × 60 px, 30–49 KB). Choose a document tab below, upload, and download the ready file.
New: this exam now captures the photo live
In the newest RRB notifications (the CEN 06/2026 pattern) the photograph is captured live inside the application form, so there is no photo file to upload. Your signature is still an upload, and its band is tight: 30-49 KB with a minimum size of 140 x 60 px. The Signature Resizer has a dedicated RRB NTPC preset for exactly this.

Now check the face coverage, background and how recent the photo is against your exam's instructions — only you can verify those.
Fast & private: processing happens instantly on your device — no waiting, no uploads.
Name & date on the photo
Some boards ask for your name and the date the photo was taken, printed on a strip below the photograph. If your RRB NTPC notification asks for it, add the strip here as the last step — download the resized photo above first, then run it through this step. The strip is added below the photo; nothing is printed over the photo itself.
Name or date is required — type your name, or turn on Include Date and add the date.
0 = automatic size based on photo width. The name & date appear in a white strip below the photo — the photo itself is not printed on.
Leave the resize setting off to keep your photo's original dimensions (large photos are capped at 1200 px wide).

Government exam portals reject files that are even slightly outside the prescribed pixel dimensions or file size. Every tool on this page loads the RRB NTPC preset automatically: the photo is cover-cropped to the exact frame, the signature and declaration are fitted whole on white so nothing is cut, and the thumb impression is cleaned to pure black on white — each compressed into its official KB range without uploading anything anywhere. Always cross-check the specification against the current official notification of the exam before final submission, because boards occasionally change sizes between cycles.
