Handwritten Declaration Resizer

Banking forms ask for one upload most candidates have never heard of: a handwritten declaration. Write it on white paper, photograph it, and this tool fits the complete declaration into the exact 800 × 400 pixel frame and the 50–100 KB window — inside your browser, nothing is uploaded.

Format: JPG 100% Private — declaration never leaves your device

Filling a specific banking application?

On each banking exam's own page, the declaration tool sits beside that exam's photograph, signature and thumb impression. Open your exam with the declaration tool ready:

IBPS declaration → SBI PO declaration → SBI Clerk declaration → RBI declaration →

How to prepare your declaration

  1. Open your exam's official notification and find the declaration text — copy it word for word; do not shorten it.
  2. Write it in your own handwriting, in English, with a black ink pen on a plain white sheet. Leave a little margin on all sides.
  3. Photograph the sheet straight from above in bright, even light — no shadows, no tilted angle.
  4. Upload the photo above, choose your exam, and download the ready file: exactly 800 × 400 pixels, between 50 KB and 100 KB.

The declaration is the widest of the banking uploads — 800 pixels across — and also the only one with a high minimum size of 50 KB. Phone photos usually overshoot 100 KB because of paper texture and shadows, while clean scans often fall under 50 KB. Both fail the portal check. This resizer handles both directions: it lowers JPEG quality until the file is under 100 KB, and if the result is under 50 KB it pads the file up into the window without touching a single visible pixel. Because the whole sheet is fitted rather than cropped, the first and last lines of your handwriting always survive. Write with a dark black pen and photograph in bright light — dark, clear strokes on clean white paper read best. Always cross-check the declaration text and size against your exam's current official notification before final submission.

Frequently asked questions

What is the handwritten declaration size for IBPS and SBI?

Banking exams (IBPS PO/Clerk/RRB, SBI, RBI and LIC AAO) ask for a handwritten declaration image of 800 × 400 pixels at 200 DPI (a 10 × 5 cm box), with a file size between 50 KB and 100 KB, in JPG format. This is the size given in the official IBPS CRP PO/MT-XVI scanning guidelines, Annexure III.

Can I type the declaration instead of writing it by hand?

No. The declaration must be written by the candidate, in their own handwriting, in English, with a black ink pen on plain white paper. A typed or printed declaration is rejected. Copy the declaration text exactly as printed in your exam notification.

Will any part of my declaration be cut off?

No. This tool fits your complete declaration inside the 800 × 400 frame on a white background — it never crops the edges, so your name, the text and your signature line all stay visible.

My declaration photo is below 50 KB. Is that a problem?

Yes — banking portals reject declaration files below 50 KB as well as above 100 KB. This tool automatically brings the file into the 50–100 KB window: it compresses when the photo is too heavy and safely pads the file when it is too light, without changing the pixels.
